Sunday Noon

Ed slept much better last night. This morning, the various tests were mostly normal, but when they do a lot of testing, there is always some variation that requires a little further testing or watching. This morning, it was platelets and potassium, both a little low. By now, the potassium has stabilized, and they are doing a second test for platelets.

Not eating much yet, but he and his pole and his nurse and i went clear down to the 3rd floor..from the fifth..and then out into the outdoors for awhile today. This was his second walk today as he also walked the hallway with his physical therapy early morning visitor. But being in the sun is very nice for him. Today's nurse, Nicole, had to do considerable arranging to be able to accompany him ouutside. Stars in her crown!
