This coming week sees the arrival of Ed's daughters, my younger daughter and our granddaughter Lydia. And by a week Sunday, Ed and his daughters (and whoever else shows up) will be on their Mt. Church hike, for which Ed continues to prepare by walking up and down a steep road on the Point for a couple of hours each week. I hope the daughters are young enough still that extra prep is not required 'cause i doubt if they're doing it...
Last couple of weeks saw other summer visitors (Mitchells, Pelcygers) and summer in Point Roberts. Always good to have summer; always good to see old friends.
