Slacking Off

No post for a month because we are not paying sufficient attention, I guess.  Ed shifted from every 2 weeks chemo to every 3 weeks chemo and that's better for the shorter proportion of downtime.  And for the session before this, the CEA blood sample got lost and for the chemo last week, they forgot to do the CEA test.  What can I say?

We're well: the both of us.  Ed is doing great work for the library fund-raising: his skills are many.  This past week he reeled in a $10,000 donation from one of the local gas stations, and last night he designed a pin-back button for our May 'Stand up and be counted" campaign, in which everyone is asked to give $20 and for their gift, they get a button, and a big donor matches their $20 up to $20,000.  So if, in may, we get 1,000 donors, we'll have no buttons left and we'll have $40,000 for the library, whose current total of donations is $130,000 after 13 months of work.  perhaps we should just the both of us get jobs?
