July 4th Slows the Lab Results

Ed had his blood draws on Monday, but then on Thursday, when he usually picks up the results, they weren't available because the mail had carried the blood vials down to Bellingham on Tuesday, but nobody in the Bellingham Lab on Wednesday to check them out.  Thus, not available Thursday.

Available Friday when Ed went down to see the doc and get his infusion.  CEA: 11.4 (11.1 two weeks ago), stable, essentially flat.  We're doing fine and even (almost) too hot.  I know that is a joke to those of you who are really hot.  Our high today was about 75, 30 degrees lower, say, than Caitlin and Julie in Missouri and New Mexico respectively, and than Mia in Michigan.

And we have more visitors (the Mitchell's) arriving this coming week, and then the week after that Ellie and Joel Pelcyger, friends of mine from L.A. back when I was in Grad School.  So, now it feels like summer, really.  And also, now the lawn constantly needs to be mowed.
