Remember 5FU?

There's another form of it, pills rather than infusion, that you take every day for two weeks (8/day) and then have a week off.  Ed has decided to reinstitute that form of 5FU as an attempt to keep the CT scan looking the way it did the other day.  He's been on the Xeloda regimen for about 5 days now and has had no discernible effects so far.  So, good.

He also spent the weekend at a course on "Getting to Know Your Llama."  Of course he doesn't have a llama, but he knows one pretty well and is now getting to know her better.  He haltered her today and took her for a walk on the beach with me trailing behind.  Llamas walk a good deal faster than I do, although they do need four legs to do it.  The task of getting to know your llama turns out to be getting the llama to trust you so much that it thinks you are a smarter llama then the llama is...
